Ordering from BuySchroeder.com is simple. Browse our site using the categories on the left side of the page to find the products you are seeking. When clicking on an item, you will be brought to the item's description page, which in most cases will display part or model number, a price and a brief and/or detailed description.  For products requiring the purchaser to “build” a part number based on item specifics, drop down menus will be included just below part number.  Use the menus to specify ranges, connection sizes, material choices, etc.  Once all selections have been made, a revised part number and price will be displayed at the top of the page reflecting your choices.  Now, simply click the “Add to Cart” button and the product will be transferred to your personal shopping cart.   

If you would like to purchase more products, navigate using the categories on the left.  This will allow you to continue browsing the BuySchroeder.com website.  When you have added all of the desired items to the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button. The Checkout button is located at the top, right hand section of every page. Clicking on the "Check Out Now" button will bring you to the Customer Information section of the checkout process.

Checkout:

At the billing information page, fill in the appropriate information such as your name, phone number, email address, and billing address. Then click the button marked "Next Step" at the bottom right hand corner to proceed.

At the Shipping Address page, select the address where you would like your order to be sent. Click the "Next Step" button to proceed.

At the Shipping Options page, please select your desired shipping method. If your shipment is being sent to Alaska or Hawaii, be sure to select the "Alaska or Hawaii" 2nd Day Air shipping option. Click "Next Step" in the lower right hand corner to proceed.

At the payment options page, please choose your payment method.  We prefer the following forms of payment: 
•  Credit Card Orders (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
•  COD (Sorry, No Special Orders - In Stock Items Only) 
•  Cash/Check in Advance
•  Existing Cross Company customers with established credit (in good standing) may use their Cross Account Number if known or a Phone Number and Name.  Don’t worry, we’ll contact you to verify the account and your order.

If paying by Credit Card, please enter your credit card information into the required fields.  After you have entered all the required information, click "Next Step" in the lower right hand corner to proceed.  NOTE: If you are concerned about transmitting your credit card information across the Internet, please note that this site is secured by 128-bit SSL certificates, which offers you the highest level of encryption and/or security possible. You can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure.  If you are still concerned about security, please feel free to contact us via phone or fax and give us your credit card information personally.

On the final page of the checkout process, please review your order information to make sure everything is correct. If needed, use the "Previous Step" button to make corrections before finalizing your order. If everything appears to be correct, click the "Place Order" button to complete your order.

After your order is submitted, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Orders for in-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and the method of shipping you choose, you should receive your order within 2-10 business days if shipped by our default shipper, UPS Ground.
